Sie erarbeiteten Inhalte wie z.B. die Getreidesorten, dessen Anbau, die Bedeutung von Brot in verschiedenen Kulturen und stellten digitale Rezeptb\u00fccher zusammen. Es wurde der Frage nachgegangen, warum das Butterbrot so oft auf die Butterseite f\u00e4llt und verschiedene Experimente mit Hefe und zu Temperatur durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neben den vielf\u00e4ltigen Inhalten durfte nat\u00fcrlich das Brotbacken nicht fehlen. Mit Unterst\u00fctzung haben die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler zu Hause ein Brot gebacken und den Backprozess mit einem Stop-Motion-Video dokumentiert. Dabei sind viele kreative und gelungene Videos entstanden.
