In today’s world, design plays a crucial role in our everyday lives. Creativity is the key to finding innovative solutions and redesigning existing concepts
In the MIN(K)T lessons for 3A and 3B, the focus was on creating a tower out of paper, taking design and creativity into account.
The basic idea for this project arose from participation in the “Pa(per)stektive – building towers out of paper and cardboard” competition.
The decision was made in favor of the “Design and Creativity” variant, which was linked to specifications (paper, cardboard, possible use of third-party materials such as strings, adhesive tape, … to a maximum of 10 percent).
The pupils created a sketch of their tower. They were able to let their imagination run wild and try out different materials and techniques.
The next step was to implement the construction and design.
An important part of this project is the creation of documentation. The pupils were given the opportunity to record their progress, either through pictures or a video.
Be inspired by the results!
We will keep you up to date with the results of the competition.
